As we state on TOS and you agreed during signup,

1. If disk space is not reduced to new plan's disk space limit, we will not downgrade your current hosting account and are not responsible for any charge that might occur by delay.

2. If your original plan is used over new plan's bandwidth limit, we can not accept your downgrade account request. You need to request it on next billing cycle.

3. There will be NO partical refund between original plan and new plan.

4. You are responsible to cancel current Paypal subscription on original plan and to activate new Paypal subscription on new plan before next invoice due date or on next invoice due date.
