As we state on TOS and you agreed during signup,

1. If bandwidth useage is over current plan's bandwidth limit, we can not accept your downgrade extra bandwidth request. You need to request it on next billing cycle.

2. There will be NO partical refund on non-used extra bandwidth of current month

3. You are responsible to cancel current Paypal subscription, includes original extra bandwidth and to activate new Paypal subscription, includes new extra bandwidth before next invoice due date or on next invoice due date.
