Dedicated IP Address Information
If you require a domain name to be set up with a dedicated IP address, please open a billing ticket on the iHubNet Helpdesk. Our billing staff will generate an invoice for one dedicated IP address. Once you have paid the fee, please open a support ticket on the iHubNet Helpdesk and our support staff will configure your domain name to work with your new IP address. One IP address will add $2 per month to your hosting fees.
Some have asked why our policy when assigning dedicated IPs is so strict. Each time we request a new batch of IPs through our colocation providers and ARIN, we have to complete an IP usage justification form detailing all the previous IPs we have assigned and justifying their use. So, we have to adhere to strict IP policies, which unfortunately must be passed on to our customers.

Free Dedicated IP Addresses for Switch Series Plans
All iHubNet Premium Reseller Accounts in the Switch Series come with 2 FREE Dedicated IP Addresses. Your first FREE dedicated IP address will be assigned as the IP that your domains will share, instead of sharing the server's main IP. Your second FREE dedicated IP address will only be assigned to a domain name that requires an SSL certificate.
If you require a domain to be set up with your second FREE dedicated IP address, please open a support ticket on the iHubNet Helpdesk and request that there. We have to assign you the dedicated IP; you cannot do this from your WHM.

What can I do on Domain.iHubNet?
As with My.iHubNet, you can also update DNS and Contact information on Domain.iHubNet. Here, you have two configuration "Host Records" and "Email Settings", just like with My.iHubNet.
If you would like to transfer any of your domain names that were registered through iHubNet to other domain registrars, please open a ticket on the iHubNet Helpdesk. We have to unlock your domain name; you cannot do this on My.iHubNet or Domain.iHubNet. Your domain names can only be released starting three months from the date they were registered.

FREE eNom Reseller Account
With all iHubNet Premium Reseller Hosting Accounts in the Switch Series, you are eligible to receive a FREE eNom Reseller Account. You will be able to sell your customers domains, transfer domains, and even set up a form on your site allowing your customers to run real-time WHOIS checks to see if their domain is available.
