Master Service Agreement
This Master Service Agreement shall constitute a binding contractual agreement between iHubNet, Ltd., hereinafter ("The Company", "iHubNet, Ltd", "iHubNet", "iHubNet Hosting Solutions", "We", "Us", and "Our") and the subscriber of services ("Customer", "You", and "Client") who is using our service(s) or product(s). The Master Service Agreement shall include the Terms of Service (TOS), the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for fully managed servers and the Privacy Policy (PP). Customer agrees to be bound to all agreements found herein.
iHubnet reserves the right to change the Master Service Agreement at any time, without any form of notice to our clients, non-clients, or the general public. It is the customer's responsibility to check these Terms of Service from time to time for such changes. At all times customers are bound to the terms set forth. In no event shall iHubNet or its staff's lack of enforcement of these terms constitute a waiver of these terms at any time.
By signing up with our service in any form, or utilizing our service in any form, you agree that you fully understand, fully accept, and will fully comply with our Master Service Agreement.
