Currently iHubNet Hosting Solutions provides two types of VPS hosting services, VPS Hosting (Router Series) and Mini-VPS Hosting (mini-Router Series). By default, both iHubnet VPS Hosting Series are unmanaged means we can only support you outside of your VPS.

If you need full support and assistance on your VPS from iHubNet Hosting Solutions, you may interest our VPS Total Management service. With our VPS Total Management service, we will do all necessary system administration and management tasks on your VPS. More detail about VPS Hosting Series support limitation can be found at Server/System Administration/Management and Monitoring Service section on our Terms of Service.

Please check below what we can do and we can not do on your VPS with or without iHubNet VPS Total Management.

Without Total VPS Management

We always support

  • Sales & Billing Questions
  • Maintenance and performance checks on the physical server that hosts VPS
  • Configuration changes that must be set outside of VPS such as hostname and resolver configuration
  • VPS root password resets
  • Access problems such as inability to login via SSH

We CANNOT support

  • Problems related to the performance or uptime of an individual VPS
  • Application installations not available in OS initial installation
  • Control Panel and 3rd party software/scripts installations, configurations or troubleshooting
  • System service/software updating, customizations, tweakings and opimazations
  • VPS security auditing and hardening


If you need support and assistance on your VPS without iHubNet Total VPS Management service, you need to find 3rd-party system administration service firms or try iHubNet Community Forums where our community may often assist and answer with technical questions.


With Total VPS Management ($14.95/month per VPS)

We ALWAYS support and will do

  • Problems related to the performance or uptime of an individual VPS
  • Control Panel installations, configurations, or troubleshooting
  • 3rd party software/script installations, configurations, or troubleshooting
  • System service/software updating, customizations, tweakings and optimazations
  • System backup configurations
  • System restorization from backup or disaster/hack
  • Average 30 minuetes response & 4 hours resolution time
  • 24x7x365 system/service monitoring & system admin availability
  • System migrations (Limited, please read our TOS)
  • Other minor system adjustments & other system administration tasks

Terms

In order to subscribe iHubNet Total VPS management service, you will be required to use the one of the Control Panel; cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, Webadmin, ISPConfig and VHCS. We highly recommend to use cPanel/WHM or DirectAdmin as your Control Panel.
